Im broke and new at the sub thingy..

Hey Im broke but saving up money on buying some subwoofers. Im look for SPL + SQ 12 dual subwoofer. AMP is not an issue. I just wanna get it straight which one are the best. Theres so many subs to choose from they all sound the same once they pass that point where your ears can't take any more in. The best SQ subs I heard so far are JL audio and the best afforablle are POLK at the shop. Planning on getting the new w3v3's but just wanna post this up if any1 recommend me on buying em. I drive an rsx and I plan on making a box the size of my trunk. well if theres any tips on giving me please lemme know asap. a friend of mine told me to fill my trunk with solobarics.. but I dont know Im a rookie with under a 1000 to spend.

There are so many threads about this in the past few weeks, WTF is going on. pick up some SI Mags and u'll be set, they run $450 per 12". Have fun.

Mags are the boner. But at 900 a pair, I doubt thats what he can afford. w3v3's are good. You wont be disappointed. But for the price, you can probably do better. Espcially if you dont mind buying used on the internet.

box size is important so dont make the box the same size as your trunk.
