THAT SUCKS........I **** at wiring and shit. I needed help (I know nothing about car audio systems BTW) with putting ym car reciever in. How mcuh would Car Stereo shops charge me to put them in?

Budget 80 bucks to get the HU and speakers installed.

And be very specific about which speakers you want hooked up, also ask about getting bass caps put on the speakers.

Too much...considering the time it takes to do it yourself.

I'm very familar with Ford vans of that era, having done enough work on mine...hell, I might even have extra wiring harnesses laying around here.

I make about $90-120 a week (usually $90) and have toi make a $60 computer payment at the beginning of each month (which I regret ever buying this computer)

So I make about $$250 to spend a month....Imt hinking about gettign a second job.

O and I listen to Alice in Chains, NIN, Ween, Tom Petty, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Mad Season, generally rock (except all the new gay shit)

I counted 6 speakers.

For sub amp combo I would look for a small monoblock amp like around 200 to 300 watts RMS (many manufacturers to choose from) and use a DVC 4ohm 12 in a ported box (pioneer comes to mind)

Monoblock amp=A single channel amp that is 2ohm stable

DVC 4ohm=Subwoofer has two voice coils rated at 4ohms.

For speakers to replace I would replace the 5.25 dash speakers and install a couple 5X7/6x9 in the pods directly behind the front seats.

Thats what I would do.

Im not sure if they fit 5x7 or 6x9s in the holes behind the front seats, you will need to check it.
