Your alarm should have a backup battery in it. You shouldn't have a problem w/ either.

if your that worried about the check engine light

take it to autozone and they can clear the code for you for free

I couldnt get the battery terminals off the battery, because I didnt have the tools.

If its just because you didnt tighten the gas lid it will reset after driving like 5 times or something.

Nope.

It was on for 3 days (School and back, gym once)

And I did pizza delivery one night.

After I reset it by taking out the fuses, it didn't come back on since.

Maybe its because its a canadian built car.

It actually says that in the manual.
