IDQ 12" Box help!

I just picked up two IDQ 12's. They are going in my Nissan Titan. I think I want to do sealed boxes. I am powering them with a Jl 500/1, should I run both subs of this amp or would it be louder of a single sub? What size sealed box would u recomend for these subs? Thanks for the help!
