Very well might have changed my mind. DC is putting out more then Mechman, I really like it, and we got the chance to talk about you Andrew. Well thanks for the tip off and setting me in a better direction! It looks like the AD 250 SP is where I am headed next.

And to acidic, i dont know much about DCpower alt's, but see what kind of output they do at idle. My mechman alty supposedly does 150 at idle, but i can run 4krms full tilt at idle with no dimming and i stay above 13 volts.

Not trying to dog on DC, but i would just test your options first, make a few phone calls, and see what your best choice is. For all i know, DC may walk all over mechman.

As for 2 18's in a trunk car, you need to think about efficiency. Sure, you can cram 18's in there and get the "wow" factor of the 18's, but if you are not wanting to sacrifice the space (ie wall), those 18's will be a waste. You may want to look at a pair of 15's (which may be big as well depending on your trunk). Bigger is not always better.

is ur accord a 4dr? well if it is u can build a half wall point the subs up works very well
