Idea for boat install...

It's been a while since ive messed around with mobile audio so Im just trying to get some suggestions for powering my system in the boat.

So i have sketched up a basic layout of what I want... and i have a couple questions...

Id like a way to lower the towerspeakers (hooked up to the cadence a7hc) with out lowering the inside speakers. Would I need an external eq or is this something the headunit might be able to handle.

Also, Im guessing if i was to add a subwoofer i would need a 3 amp, as the Cadence A7HC is a mono amp powering the tower speakers

I plan on running 2 batteries with a perco boat switch and solenoid for charging off the boat alternator.

Here are the specs for each part:

Clarion Headunit CMD4A

Specs i noticed:

- 2-Band Parametric Equalizer

- 2-Channel AUX Input with Input Level Control

JL Audio M770-CCS-CG-WH

Specs:

- Powered from the Cadence SQA-4100 AMP

- 100 w/rms

Cadence SQA-4100 AMP

Specs:

- 100 x 4 rms @ 4 ohms to power the JL speakers

Cadence A7 HC

Specs:

Mono Block, 500W RMS x 1 @ 4 ohm, 800W x 1 @ 2 ohm, 1200W x 1 @ 1 ohm

500x1 @ 4ohms to power wet sounds speakers

Wet Sounds Pro 485

Specs:

300 w/ rms @ 4 ohm

600 w/ peak @ 4 ohm

Will power off Cadence A7HC

Just the output, basically what happens is everyone is listening to the music and the ride is listening to the music and as the boats is moving its fine, but when you stop to pick up the rider the tower speakers are usually WAY too loud, so instead of lowering all the speakers, id like to just lower the output

Problem is you cant get to the fader unless you get to the glove box, which is opposite from the driver. I though about putting a bass knob on the cadence, wouldnt that act similar to turning the gain down?

so maybe instead of an EQ ill just wire the basse knob under the dash and turn it down when the boat is idling...

I wonder how the tower speakers, which have a horn tweeter, and 2 mid bass drivers are going to sound power off the Cadence A7 HC?

Yea, i guess the A7HC will remain in the car and I will be looking at stereo amp to power the tower speakers. I hoping to get away with having to buy another amp as these tower speakers are insanely over priced. $900 for the one i listed.

Can someone recommend a good stereo amp that will put out about 300 - 400 rms for this speakers.

I was looking at purchasing this Cadence marine amp, and notice it says Bridged 2 x 300, im guessing peak (since the other numbers say rms). Could i then hook up both channels to the 1 terminal on the Wet Sounds Tower speaker and get approx 600w / 300w rms to them?
