IA I series or keep current set up?

At the moment I am running a single DC Lvl 4 10 ported in 1.25 powered by a Solid Audio F11D. I recently had some water leak into the cab and ruin my speaker amp (Diamond D5 600.2) and I am now thinking about swapping out everything besides the HU (Kenwood X995). What do y'all think about swapping the Lvl 4 for 2 IA I 10s? I'm limited to space under the seat but think I can fit 2.5. The reviews on the I series are hard to find in real detail. Any opinions?

The level 4 will prolly like the lows better but all in all it will prolly meter about the same. To the ear it might sound louder since you have more cone area though.

personally I like nicks products and business methods mote than rustys so I would use the ia especially with the black and blue sale

Ya the black and blue sale is what sparked my interest. Thinking about going with IA's components too. From what I understand, the I series are very underrated. I also have a Treo SSI 10 and there isnt much of a difference between it and the DC lvl 4 with the same setup. There are so many brands I want to try but IA has always peaked my interest

I wish those death penalty dust caps were an option. Ive heard nothing but good things about their products and customer service. Any idea of what the I series compares to from other brands?

Easily comparable to the rockford p2 or memphis power reference but built much better. And prolly louder I haven't had an ia sub since the line revamp but I dont doubt ia's quality.

You could always ask ia for a pair of death penalty dust caps and swap the I series ones out. Really is quite simple with a bit of patience and some good glue. Shouldnt cost much for the dust caps maybe 15-20shipped

I only have experience with p2's, diamond d9's, fi bl, treo ssi, and the dc lvl 4. I would love to add another lvl 4 but I would have to really upgrade the electrical. Got a stock 130 alt and batteries plus version of a kinetik. The I series seem to fit the bill as they are cheap in price and rate well with my amp.
