2 12's or 1 15

im pushing 2400w through my brutus i was wondering if anyone has had both setups 1 good 15 or 2 12s? sql and spl are both taken into consideration. i listen mostly to rap and dubstep if that helps at all. and was also wondering if i could fit 2 15 into a 98 lexus es 300? any input is greatly appreciated...

I doubt u could fit a proper size box for 2 15s back there unless u go with a company like dc who shine in low airspace..im a fan of 2 12s over a single 15 ive done both several times and always emd up going back to 2 12s ..what subs are you considering? budget?

incriminiator, dc, sundown, american bass. i figured i wouldnt but man it would be awesome if i could fit 1 15s in there. and i dont know if you would know but if a strap 2 amps together and want to push there one ohm capacity is putting 2 one ohm amps together going to make it .5 ohm?

Most times u will get more output from a pair of 12s and yes if u strap 2 amps for a final ohm load of 1ohm each amp will be running at .5..so unless u have awesome electrical and solid amps youd want a final load of 2 ohms so each amp runs at 1 ohm

for sure and it would be hifonics br.utus amps which i dont trust at .5 ohm ive got a 240a mechman alt and purchasing a kineticks hc2400 so ill have the power but to be honest i think im going to buy a crescendo. im butchering the spelling on these brands so excuse that but have you had any experience with crescendo amps

Yes ive ran the bc 3500 awesome amp ..id take it over a pair of brutus anyday

Yes all day ..thats a good setup pair of death row 12s on a solid 3500

Its really hard to say..should move a good bit of air...i know my 12s do my car is a wind tunnel
