IA Death Row build log!

Well the weekend is near and I thought I would get started a little early.

This will be 4 15" IA Death Rows with 2 HK4000d's and 1 maxxlink.

Here are the subs and amps together.

I plan on doing a wall slightly behind the b-pliar to retain some recline for trips and things

The box will be approx. 16ft^3 with 190in^2 of port.And tuning will be any where from 35-40, but I haven't decided.

Here are some pics of the vehicle..

I started by removing the rear seats

Then I fastened a piece of 2x3 with a couple of carage bolts to the body so the box will be secure.

After that I built it up so the top would be level with the rear cargo area.

Then I added some strapping to brace the "wall" horizontily

I also added a piece of wood to the center cause it had a little wobble if you pushed it back.

Yeah its served me well.Its the v6 so its not to bad on gas.But after I put all this shit in I'm sure my MPG will go way down

yeah thats the only reason i went with my silverado is because the gas was very similar for the one i wanted and i would have rather had the versatility of a truck

I have 4 deep cycles for the back.I plan on buying 2 more for a total of 6 plus the front battery.

nice start...i braced mine down to the frame but a little differently. yours looks a LOT tougher.

ill tell you what...that SUV is gonna be LOUD AS HELL!!

Thanks guys.I just did a little tonight to get me in the mood for this weekend.Gonna be some long days.

I plan on doing double wall all around.So it will be twice the work.Lots of screwing
