So if i get both the subs and a bunch of this stuff, there shouldnt be a big problem? If i like do the top, and sides, even under the subs?

Yea I think you will be alright with that. I dont know if I would go through all of the trouble to mat the floor tho. But the doors, roof, and rear wall would be your best bet.
