I want the cig smell out of my car!!!

the device is an Ozone generator.....we have a very large one here at my job...think 20' x 20'....but they make small ones that are made for cars. Of course ozone is very dangerous and will deplete the oxygen in your blood if aspirated but i works like no else for the new car smell.

shampoo the seats, carpet, headliner, etc. then buy one of those air fresheners at walmart that say they absorb smoke odor and put one under each seat. Febreeze the seats and headliner and leave your windows open.

worked for many smokers' cars that I have seen

If you REALLY want to get the smell out pull the seats and carpet, get them all washed with a deoderizing shampoo, also your gonna have to wash the seat foam and carpet ( if its carpet) backing.

just washing the surfaces the smells can come back

just get the interior shampoo'd and get an air freshner that you mount onto your a/c vents.

the smell will go away, but the key thing is to NOT smoke in the car in general. i smoke on occasion(usualy when i'm drinking) and i never smoke in doors. wether it be in my car or in my house. i cannot stand the smell of stale smoke inside an area.

1 cig in the car even with the windows crack will stink up for about a week. keep the car smoke free, don't allow anyone, friends or parents to smoke in the car. it's the way i have it in my car and house, and if my friends don't like it, they can walk or sit outside..
