no sir, my budget is good to go. all the way up to 400$ so what-cha think now?

what i think now since you have 400 just for a sub you should go ahead and up grade!!! Also All subs dont work well in all boxes some are interchangeable but not all. A bad box or a box with the wrong specs can cause u to loose SQ and Loudness from your subs!!!
