ok, so i just bought an MTX 600/1 xd amp and it blew both of my 10" JL W3v3's.

I'm not *****ing about my subs getting blown because they were about 3-4 yrs old, so i knew it was comming. I would just like to know what other subs will give me as good of sound and longevity.

I would set your gains with a dmm on your new subs just to reduce the possibility of clipping.

Recomend a DD3510 for that power.

plenty of options out there whats your budget, airspace available, and type of music you listen to most.

--edit well you gotta measure the inside of you box real carefull and tell us how much airspace you have per sub or tottal for both, tons of knowledgable people we need specific info to make specific recomendaions. you probably didnt know and im not trying to be an ***.

Budget is up to 400 or a bit more, airspace... no freakin clue but i have a corolla, i'd say mostly rap and hip-hop with the occasional rock out sesh

So you would be willing to build a new box? It is hard to recomend subwoofers without the airspace becasue requirements for 10" driver goes from .5cf ala boston pro's to 4-5 cubic feet ported. kicker cvr's might also be about right. Fi SSD is a super wangin deal but you would want twice as much power, the kickers are 400rms so with your power you would be making them happy. not dissing Fi nothing but respect for those woofers, this is just application specific.

nice subs

now I think you do not have near enough power dor the dd 35 maybe 1510 series

these are 450 rms

This is true, you're gonna need a tad more power, but that just gives you a reason to upgrade amps!!
