I recently asked for advice on my upgrade of my kicker 500.1 to 1500.1 and i had one Cvr 10" and now going with two 12s now and most of you said to get the C2 Audio Threatcon 2 intead of two Cvrs so i orderd them day before yesterday and ordered the box too , I have to use premade sealed box for my 96 GMC work truck (need the back seat) I may try to build my own later . Also i got a Kicker 400.4 and right now its running Polk audio 6.5 coax in the front doors and 651 plates in the rear stock locations, I would like recomendation on component speakers that would go with what i got so far ? I cant wait for the subs to get here they say like 3 to 4 weeks lol its going to be a long wait ha!

Budget friendly would be my pick of a set of Image Dynamic components,that will do great for you.I think SonicElectronix sells them.CDT is an Excellent Choice as well.Whats your budget?

Not a Chance in my opinion,...Though, Im not sure you can find a pair of HD for $200 and under,unless you get lucky and find a USED set

Specs look decent on those..I havent heard a set personally though to say,but look decent

just my opinion..id buy the im age dynamics before id buy the cresendos.the id are a better made set in my opinion

I say the Cdt s in the speaker clasifieds here under WTB component speakers all people replied one co had them for 190 another had them for 195 check it out. Do you think they are worth kicking down 70 bucks more ? prob a little better quality maybe ?
