i relocated my passenger side tweeter down next to the mid, then listened to it before moving the driver side tweeter. for some reason it sounds really good. like some ****** rigged T/A lol. im wondering if ill keep it like this. other than looking weird, i dont see why not. it has centered my music pretty well.

just sharing, that is all

good for you.

I don't believe you know what 'good' sounds like, though.

why would you say that? who are you to say what somebody does or does not know? i dont give a shit what any SQ judge would think of my stereo, or anyone else for that matter. when it sounds good to me, thats the whole point. its for me, nobody else

then why share what's only for you and nobody else on a public forum?

How are you helping?
I prefer my tweeters by my mids because they do blend easier. With it closer comb filtering is less likely and it eliminates two distant point sources coming from different directions.

I don't understand when people choose completely different locations for the mid and tweeter. If you have the tweeter in the corner of your dash and mid in the door your stage width and depth will be different for each source. When they're close the width and depth line up better.

maybe you should re-read his post.

This thread was not asking for help. He wanted to share his thought... and so did I.

i've always wondered why christmas is the only holiday that you would say "merry" before it and it would sound right.... "sound good?"

Merry Thanksgiving vs. Happy Thanksgiving.

happy christmas? That doesn't sound good. Maybe I should relocate my passenger tweets.
