I used to get old door locks from OSU in stillwater when they remodeled their dorms, and strip em for the brass when i was a kid

makes me wish i had held on to em :laugh

 
Yea, it's nuts how much copper and other materials cost now. I was reading a while ago that scrap goes for about $9000 a ton in some places.

These scrap yeards give you $2/lb, shit I wonder how much THEY'RE selling it for.

You are a gov't employee already, go take the civil service test and try to get on at your local post office, delivering mail. A buddy of mine runs the rural route here, doesn't have to wear a uniform and delivers in his personal vehicle. He pulls in over $5,500 a month. FTW
