i need your expert advice

alright so i'm threw with sound quality i need to start thumpin so which would be louder: 4 12inch rockford punch hx2 dual 2 ohm voice coil so they would see a 1ohm mono load on my amp giving each sub 400 watts each or 4 12 inch kicker compvr's dual 2ohm voice coil and as stated above each sub would see 400 watts each. so which subs would be louder?

I would have to say the HX2's. They can handle more power than the kicker comps.

i would go with the kickers they are a better brand and they hit harer than rockferds:banghead:

I also say the Rockford's. They are very power hungry and can take lots of it

Those will treat you well. Good choice on your part, what amp(s) are you going to use?

im going to use my audiobahn hcx 2200 for now, but im lookin for a more powerfull amp. the guys over at audiobahn said that 400 watts to each sub is just as good as 700 i don't know how but i trust them. my amp puts out 1600 watts at 1 ohm so it'll be nice cuz im getting 2 of the for first so ill be able to put 800 watts to each and then ill get the other 2 in a week or so.
