daily meals: Is this enough food or should i eat more? Again, i weigh 165 now and want to be about 175 or so.egg whites, not lots of eggs...

How much free weights do i need to do? Is it ok to use the machines at times?45 minutes in the gym is enough for a nice warmup for me. Need to spend more time and do the exercises Dvrmstrng said to do. Bodybuilding.com is your best friend (do your research). You need healthier foods and more protein intake. Take a shake as soon as you wake up (1-2 scoops), as soon as you're done working out (2-3 scoops), and a shake at night as well.
I use the machines for the end of the workout when your muscles are too tired to balance the weights as much. All you have to do then is put power in the direction of the movement and kill your tris/pecs/shoulders etc that last little bit. I start off with dumbbells on my chest days mostly, on flat bench. Do a nice warmup set of 40lbs for 12 reps, then something like 80x12, 90x8 to 10, and 100x6.How much free weights do i need to do? Is it ok to use the machines at times?
QFT.i use that shit
Now there's an oxymoron if there ever was one.mcdonalds food
Yeah but dirty bulking is the wrong way to do it. It is how I did it in the beginning (a year and a half ago). I went from 120 to 176 within less than a year and got these nasty a$$ stretch marks in my left armpit. I'm lucky you can barely see them unless I have my arm raised up. I have cut down to 162 now and I'm happy since I'm fairly light, can see my abs, and extremely strong for my weight.sounds like you been working out for a couple months, correct?your lean now so try and gain some weight the worry about cutting down later, sound like getting fat is not a issue
i have been workingout for 6 years and i was 132 when i started and now am 215lbs with 12%b/f 5'9" nuff said .......lol
exactlyYeah no kidding. We have more weightlifting, weed, and "omg my life has gone to $hit" threads than most forums combined. Even bodybuilding.com's forums. =/ hah
