I'm getting one here in a few days but I need to know the dimensions. Also how efficient are they compared to other big amps. Thanks guys.
Thanks man I appreciate it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif31.5'' long x 7.5'' wide x 2.5'' tall
Thanks for the tip. I'm not an idiot though, I watch my voltage for quite awhile at full tilt to determine how high I can take it up. I also don't think my Nightshade will take 4kw.They are current hogs, if your voltage drops to low they will fry themselves, no protection circuit.
This will not suffice. Well, it will work... but I personally wouldn't...I ran my 3000D with a 140 amp alt, big 3 , and an Optima yellow in an 85 cutlass.
Holy shit dude lol. I'm not going to run the balls off it though. I think I'll be ok. I might be adding a Kinetik in the back this summer but that's it. I don't have anything else to drain my battery down. I also ran my ProMos 450 on the same battery with my Sundown. This will not suffice. Well, it will work... but I personally wouldn't...
I ran mine in my truck with:
220amp alternator
Optima YT under hood
3 runs of 1/0 to rear
3 Optima D31 YT's in rear
Triple Frame grounds front and rear
lol.... took the 3rd rear battery for me to not see a voltage drop really...

Oh I follow you man. I wish I had the money and time to do mine like that.Yah, I like my electrical to be substantial.
One day I just decided to do it right, so I didn't have to later.
