No two brands of speakers sound the same. Why you don't want the 4x10's in the back is simple, with where they mount way up high, they have a direct diepersion path to your ears, thus they will draw sound to the rear of the vehicle instead of to the more important and usually better sounding front speakers. Ignore spec's, they will never ever tell you how a speaker is going to sound or perform in real world conditions. Experience will.
