i need new tires

Does kuhmo make truck tires?

They're fairly aggressive for the money, not real noisy, either.

I don't doubt goodyear and firestone and all those companies are great tires, but they're so **** expensive.

Im quite aware of what a rake isIf you actually read before you posted you would see that i said the majoroty of stock trucks come with a rake. When you load the bed it levels out.

Dont call me names, i didnt call you names.
yea, so you are just adding to it. dude, drop it.

the only complaint i have about goodyears is their MTR mud terrains. terrible tires.

And back to the original post, are the 17's the factory wheels?

I don't know about anymore, but a few years ago, atleast, 18" tires were gaining popularity to the point where they were less expensive than 17" tires (ID of course), i remember thinking about 17" wheels, but the tires were almost as expensive as 19" tires.

17"s are getting more popular at the moment. they are forcing 16.5"s out of production in 4x4 stuff.

As far as I know they don't make any AT type of tire, we put Kumho 795's on like small 2wd Toyota trucks but they are no where near aggresive, just remember you get what you pay for, and after being involved in the tire business I will pay for the better tire, I don't trust some of those other tires on my vehicle goin 80+ MPH

16.5" wheels are goin out of style, I actually think 15" wheels are becoming outdated, as far as 4x4 I see more 20's on lifted superduty's then I thought I ever would.... personally I don't like the style

if you didnt understand or meant something different, then whatever, admit it, dont be a little girl about it, but you cant say that he wont have more rake, its just a fact.
The problem was you didnt understand.

I still dont get where you are getting this rake from

Go back and read my posts, nothing about a rake, you brought that up not me.

i am not saying that you said anything about rake. if he does what you were talking about though, running a tire with a longer tread life and running the different sized fronts and rears, then he will have rake.

i said something along the lines of running four of the same size so you can rotate them properly and get a longer life out of them.

you responded with how about just running a tire with a longer tread life. that supports the idea of running larger rear than fronts.

i said it wasnt my style and some other stuff.

you said dont rag on my style.

i said rake was personal preference

you *****ed some more

thats about how it went down.
