some thing physical is taking place! its not the ground ,,its not ohms,some thing is making intermitant contact or the potentiometer is shot,,it is a shitty ground but unless the wire its self is broken i doubt very much that that is it.try and borrow a test amp and see if it still happens.
I was thinking this.. The amp probably needs to be replaced.. Hopefully that takes care of the problem, if not maybe professional installation wouldn't be a bad idea..
does any one around where you live know how to trouble shoot,,quickest way to handle this is to start pulling or bypassing stuff till you corner the problem
no my bro installs but i been trying to get a hold of him for a month and he will not pic up the phone he just had a kid and there 1 person that has a sub store but he lives like 45 mins from me
