There's a couple of designers that can help you. But they'll charge for plans and a cut sheet

Where can I talk to a designer I just need help with how big the port is post to be ND how much space for the box

That depends on the subs. Usually a 3:1 ration or more. With the ported section tuned to 45 hertz
