common opininon is that those troubles are over now. If you buy it auth. you are covered anyway. PG is a solid company, your money will be well spent.

KX400.1 won't work. He needs power at 4ohm or 1ohm. That Kicker makes it's power at 2ohm.

Yeah....from what I hear, that was only an issue with the first run. Since then I haven't heard of any widespread problems.
