- $250 budget.

The Lvl 3 is a bit out of his reach.

No new RE stuff.

SSD and Gcon came to mind but I've never owned either.

Not sure how the SA's or Skars would take 1k all day.

Obsidian 12 or 15 would be perfect for what you want.

I have two Obsidian 15's in my Jeep. They'll take 1k. but not for very long. I can smell my coils getting hot on just my Skar 1500. Everything's set with a scope.
