OK my friend just put in his car 4 kicker L7's 12's......on 2 kicker 1200's what can i go with system wise to beat him out i know install and type of car but we have the same car his box i am not sure the volume but our cars can hold 8-12cuft boxes......So what yall think i should go with? what brand names and also it dont matter what size subs. I just want to beat him out because he talks alot of trash and im a SPL HEAD so get at me

I'd say 2 15in L7's in a 6cuft box tunded to 34hz gettin 3000rms total.

I say 2 12" solo-x 2 kicker or orion or any good 2500d amp in about a 9 cu box tuned to 37hz will beat him if the install is up to par along with your electrical system.

Do you have any idea what a proper electrical system is gonna cost(money and time wise) for an any of those setups? You're talking like 2k-5k watts just for the subs. What's this going in, a burban?
