with 3kw you should at least get 2 very high output batteries and upgraded wiring.. your going to drop to around 12.5 but it will work..

honestly though you should buy a high output alt a batcap 8400.. that would be enough to do the trick with about 1 volt loss..

If you have the room, I would recommend two nsb-g3100 over one batcap 8400! Two g3100's are about 33-40 percent stronger than one batcap 8400 and cost 450 dollars less!
