i need a good 3,000 to 6,000 watt amp for a solo-x

Hey everyone i dont know exactly how this site works yet but im new to the forum and i was wondering on some prices for a good 3k to 6k amplifier for my solo-x if u have a amp or any suggestion please feel free to let me know

my buddy is gonna help me do a big 3 upgrade for it and we are puttin a nother battery or 2 in the back in my trunk

for 6000 you are going to need more then the big 3 and a battery or 2. id recommend looking at high output alternators and 3-4 big batteries, then decide if you want to pay for the upgrades for a 6000 watt setup

that should be good for a 3000 watt setup though

For 3,000 watts, you're gonna need a high output alternator (200 or better) , and battery power is 100 ah (amp hour)/per 1,000 watts. just to be on the safe side

its always a shocker how much it cost to supply 6k+. im putting together funds for a 10k setup and the batteries and alternators are going to be just over $1000

depends on who youre competing against and what catagory. and its also very install dependent.

ok well i live in Bristol Tennesee and we have been having competitions out the yingyang dashboard audio had one in the fall,custom enclosures had one,traffic jams had 2 this year, and now sound wars at custom enclosures is back

i have a 2001 chevy impala and i want to run atleast 3k-6k to a solo x and see where i go with that

take a look at the saz3000 or the ap 3000 or the crunch 3k. the ap is only 2ohm stable though.

What other upgrades would you guys suggest for this to be a daily setup. Post it here or pm me with your info.
