I tend to have quite a few BBQ and bonfire parties during the summer and have wanted a deep fryer for wings for a while now, but haven't looked much. Deep fried tastes so much better than baking in the oven, then throw on some BWW sauce, makes for a good pre party dinner //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

SO anyone have one? I want it a little bigger than a kitchen one, cuz those dont look like you could put more than maybe a dozen in , if that..

Try frying in lard and get ready to step up to flavor country!

Those big gas jet fryers are effective, but the benefit of the smaller electric ones is that the temp is a lot easier to keep stable.

Don't rule out checking a used restaurant equipment store for something really beefy. I got a restaurant style coffe maker off ebay and it's the best 80$ I've spent in years.

I guess he likes it just fine. We haven't really had an in-depth conversation about it or anything, though. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

yea the electric one I linked from BB above is pretty nice.. For me personally , it would be plenty, making what ? 36-40 wings in one shot. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif But Imjust thinking for when I want to make about 100 all at once, which is why the propane ones kind of got me looking

It only takes a matter of minutes to cook wings once the oil reaches the proper temperature, which means even making 3 dozen at a time will add up quickly. Should be more than enough...
