Why do you need to make all those at once? Working at my step moms buffet, we would do about a dozen wings at a time. Unless you have some extremely epic cookouts where you plan on feedings hundreds and hundreds of people, I don't really see the need for a real big fryer. Although, I guess if prices are good it doesn't really matter.
It only takes a matter of minutes to cook wings once the oil reaches the proper temperature, which means even making 3 dozen at a time will add up quickly. Should be more than enough...
You need to eat healthier son...you gonna KILL yerself with all that deep fried shit. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
Take it from a fat ***. That is a good value product. Been using mine for 5 years now. Propane is nice but electric is a much safer alternative if you plan to do whole turkeys at any point. I steam iin it more often than fry though. Snow Crab goes on sale for like 4.99/lb around here quite often, so I use it for that a lot. However I have done 3 turkeys and they came out great each time. It will do more fries and wings than you will need for a cookout as well.
