when i worked at mcdonalds last year and had to take the orders for 8 hours i seriously thought about stabbing myself in the eye with a french fry! Yeah, a mcdonalds french fry. I was so bored of standing on my feet with only 1 break the hole day. Fast food can **** it.

get a work study job at the university. work study is a form of federal financial aid and you will definately make more than 8 dollars per hour.. And the work will usually look really good on a resume and be flexible and honorable.

Seriously look into work study options at your school. PM me if you need more info.

worked at CC when they had hourly+commssion and it was really good, but that was back about 8 years when they stopped that system. i also worked Best Buy for 3 years where i came in at $14/hr and topped out at $22. i then went to a few custom install places where i made no less than $30K a year and topped out at around $50k

now i do events coordination and community organizing, where surprisingly i have tons of fun and decent pay.

well i'm in my 3rd semester @ a community college, getting my associates degree for free, so i'm still undecided as for a major. i tried selling drugs, that's why i was on probation. i got popped w/ a QP of weed in about 5 separate bags, scales, and a random collection of pills for every occasion. i'm lucky i'm not in prison.
i think my plan is to put up some sort of a resume online, check out temp services, and of course, wal mart. lol.

i don't really need anything with better pay right now, but it would be nice. i just want a tolerable job.

Work study at the school?!?!?!?!?!! Respectable work in a clean stimulating environment with good resume potential?????!!!!!!

Here my lil cousin at the age of 16 makes 19.50 an hour after school hours counting drilling pipes in the yard. works maybe 10 hours a week. But you do the math thats 200 a week

Funny thing is that 19.50 is far below the minimum wage of some countries.

you could always try a gas station, i work overnights and i really cant complain theres times where you go hours without any customers and can do whatever you want. i work alone for 8 hrs so i dont have anyone telling me what to do, the customers you do get are cool because there either drunk or coming to or from work and just wanna get in and out as quick as possible. I was gonna get a job doing security but the 1$ /hr extra pay wasnt worth leaving such a cake job.
