I know what you're saying. Most of the setups i see on here are sooooooo much more than i will ever be able to afford. but i gain a lot of knowledge here and love reading the back and forth about this and that. I paid 120 bucks for my amp and 130 for my sub. they're both audiopipe, which people knock alot on here, but it's what i can afford right now. 4 gauge knu wires get me by. bought my deck and rear speakers from a pawn shop. buying a 40 dollar set of boston coaxials for the front. built my own box, but i'm building another as soon as i can get around to paying ramdesigns for a better design. i have no more than 5 or 6 hundred $'s invested, but its fun anyway. Alot of the enjoyment comes from seeing what i'm can do with only a little bit of money! I work at hardee's though, so its not much, lol.

@av83 -- i wish pawn shops were legal in this state. and aside from CL (and we all know about CL) i cant really buy any used equipment and if i do find it to buy its waay overpriced or just downright beat up and broken.
