I have a problem.

Alright guys, I need some help on figuring out how to fux my issue. I installed a system for my friend and it partially works. The subwoofer bass only works when the radio input it selected...not on bluetooth, usb, cd, or aux....

Its a 2000 VW Golf TDI 4-door hatchback, kenwood kdc-bt710hd Head unit, kneukonceptz 4 gauge cca wiring kit, mb quart dsc.1500.1d sub amp, soundqubed hds3.0 12, in a custom 3 cubic foot box tuned to 35 hertz.

I am extremely confused on how the bass works only on radio stations....but not on any other input unless the radio is bad? I have triple checked all the wiring, any other ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Make sure the sub on is on on all the sources. I know some decks have different EQs when you change sources. That's a strange problem.

Make sure the amplifier remote turn on wire is connected to the blue/white wire on the radio and not a solid blue wire.

^^^ this. You probably have the sub amp's remote turn-on wire connected to the head unit's power antenna output instead of the remote/accy output.
