bad management. half your payroll is tied up in helton and hampton. one is an aging star with multiple years left and the other isn't even on the team. good work. 40 million dollar payroll with helton absorbing 16.6 million and hampton draining anoter 3-4 million.

not really giving lessons since spring training is coming up. best thing i can say is work on your mechanics. also pitch decption. you wanna hide the baseball as much as possible in your delivery. also arm slots and arm motion. if your arm speed and motion are different on your change-up and fastball, hitters will pick it up
