I Dont know how to install an amp

the website http://www.caraudio.com/searchbutton but no luck. But I at least know how to adjust the gain settings properly

well well

not to difficult, i figure you'll get some smart *** jokes but w/e.

where is it mounted? that may require some altered methods...

basically, you run your power wire(usually red with the in-line fuse) from the batt. to your "pwr" terminal on your amp.

-then hook up your rca's to the input on your amp.

- as well as your remote wire from the deck-

- finally hook up your ground, the only catch here is making the ground cable as short as possible...

oh, i assumed that you hooked up your subs prior to these steps...

that was super tough eh?

Most amplifier manuals come with a how-to for installing the said amplifier. If you don't have the manual, look for it online, or you can also use another amp's manual since 95% of amp installs are the same process.

That site pretty much contains everything you want to know about the basics of car and home audio. Some may be over your head ATM, but you will get most of it after a little hands on learning. Remember, no question is too stupid, but always try to find the answer yourself before asking. Not only will you save yourself the embarassment, but you will gain the satisfaction of figuring out yourself.
