Some after market HU bring a fuse in the RED power line. If it did not bring one then you I would not put one in...You already have a RADIO fuse in the cars fuse box....Its not gonna hurt to put one in, but I dont think you'll need one!

Oh I get it....I am not sure of a fuse that can be put between batteries! Not saying that it doesn't need one I am just not sure!
