How would you install a 1/2 din unit indash?

trying to install my epic160 in dash under my CD player, how would you go about doing it? im assuming take the cd holder out and maybe use the mounting hardware or will i have to make my own mounting stuff?

Cut and trim. Wal Mart sells Dremel tools if you dont have one. They're great for things like this.

i believe the cd holder thingcomes out, im just wondering how braket things would work with it

When I had a CD player and a 1/2 din eq, I used a mount like the one you posted but I could take the slot part out of the bottom and it was 1/2 din size. Then I just used some metal strapping (just metal strap with hole in it) and attached it to the full din CD player above it.. which was mounted to the vehicle.
