How would you build removable pvc ports?

Looking to use a space saving design for my application which uses external ports out of PVC.

Was just wondering how you would attach the ports to the box so they would be removable to change tune but mainly to be installed after the box was in the trunk.

Also does everyone think 3x 4" round ports is enough port area for 2x Type R 12's in a 3.882ft^3 net box?

Thanks in advance

Matt

just looking for PVC at the moment for availability. I plan to round the inside of the box where the port(s) are then maybe use a technique I saw online to flare the outlet PVC to bell shaped.

the 3x 4" straight cut would put me at 37.7"^2 of port for the 3.882cubes

Looking to screw the ports to the outside of the box or possible use bolts/loctite that I can access with a sub out

Is it true that the ports should NOT be on the back wall while the subs are mounted to the front, even if you put the ports in the far corner?

What would be a good tunning freq for SQL? was thinking 33?
