how will my new system compare to my last?

i never asked which would be louder, i just wondered how much output i would lose. they kind of fell in my lap on a trade to get me a little music untill i do a bigger build than what i had before. i thought it was a decent trade. and it may be an sq setup in a second vehicle down the road, most likely a little fuel economy car

it was a decent trade IMO, just from a monetary standpoint. Besides, the type X can be terrific SQ woofers; in fact, I will bet you like the way they sound. I was just saying that you'll probably be disappointed if you expect them to get loud - because your l7s had much more output potential.

oh i thought it was a good trade, i got some cash and 2 nice subs, and he got a very nice amp as well for his 13w7. being a bass head its gonna satisfy me for about 5 minutes, hell the id say the 4 L7's were almost loud enough at best lol. its gonna be like going home with blue balls and rubbin one out in the shower
