how to wire up quad coils

i dont have the slightest clue how to wire up quad coils which are 1.2 ohms already and im trying to keep it at 1 ohm or even .5ohms can anyone help me out

nominal 1 ohm x 4,.. 1.2 Re (d/c resistance)

wired all in series = 4 ohm/4.8 Re

wired all in parallel = .25 ohm/0.3 Re

make two pairs of coils with series connections, then parallel the two pairs together, or the inverse (parallel two pairs of coils and series them together) = 1 ohm/1.2 Re

this diagram should suffice
