how to wire single sub to amp

I have a mtx 4500 12 and wiring it to a mtx thunder 2160 amp. My quiestion is should I wire it in series or parralell thanks

your sub can do 2 ohm or 8 ohm

2 in parallel and 8 in series

these are the specs of the amp?

80 watts / ch into 4 ohms

160 watts /ch into 2 ohms

320 watts bridged into 4 ohms
