How to ship batteries USPS

I'm planning to ship a xstatic battery out. I was wondering if i could ship it w/ usps flat rate box. Do i have to lablel it or n e thing? Suggestions?

Sealed batteries should be fine...can't spill when tipped over, so it's not a hazardous package.

Shipping a wet-cell lead acid is another thing entirely...
