how to set up gain for subwoofer with stock bose speakers

2003 mercedes c320 w203 stock bose speakers, alpine type x 12` ,lc2i INCRIMINATOR AUDIO IA10.1 1200W RMS but running only 800rms@2 ohms, 4gauge wiring. ok so i want to set the gains on my amp and should play a 50hz test tone with a ddm but i dont think i can since i cant unplug the interior speakers(fiber opitcs) so what should i do? maybe there is built in bass filter in stock amp for 50hz but dont want to takt the chance so should just turn up the volume and adjust the lc2i and set the amp to the same output volts on that or just play to ear? oh and the lc2i is tapped off the connection where the stock sub was but there is no separate adjustment for sub.

I feel like if you're not a professional you shouldn't be installing equipment in such a high end luxury vehicle. Just my 2 cents.

Sorry man I'm not trying to come off as rude, just trying to save you the headache in the future. Sorry I don't know the answer to your question, good luck finding the answer

its cool , Just came off rude to me. The car is a head ache in the first place thats why i am tearing into this instead of the m3. I hate the stock bose system but its clear , prob the most clear stock bose setup i have heard so far in a car and i am not a bose fan boy at ALL! the problem is they have fiber optics sending all the signal from the radio to the stock amp then all the speakers are ran from there. so Its more or less go big or go home when it comes to this setup and i not wanting to the dump so much in this car. also i hate the look of aftermarket radios in german cars unless the pre 1995 then it looks ok. I just looing for SQ not spl i am over spl and breaking every bit of plastic in my car lol my old setup in high school destroyed my mk4 gli , if i reacall the amp was a kicker 1000.1 and i was running a tc9 15` , broke every thing!
