How to install Nextar NCU 103 Car stereo

Hi friends

I have Toyota Camry 1997. Already an original toyota car stereo is installed in it. I have bought a nextar car stereo (NCU103)just because it has a usb jack in it and I can play my mp3 player in my car. I was trying to install car stereo but I didnot find any way to remove previously installed toyota stereo. Can any guide me how to remove previous one and how to installed new one.
