LED/Neon inside sub enclosure

Use screws?

I would probably use bolts to pass-through the power into the enclosure, making sure they and the wiring was hidden behind a beauty panel of some sort.

And then hide the tubes or LED's out of sight.

pass thru the power? can you be more specific? im a little slow tonight

to power mine, i use a relay. you don't want to run lights directly off the remote wire, but you want them to turn on with the amp.

so it'll turn on with the remote wire, but doesn't use the actual power from the remote lead. i've burned out the remotes/power antenna on my head units before by getting lazy and not using one.
