How to hook speaker wire from sub to inside of box terminal?

yes. i bought the box unloaded and am putting my subs in it. on the inside there is a metal strip with a gole in it, does the speaker wire just have to be touching the metal or what?

If it's soldered correctly, you don't have to worry about sticking it in the hole. Leave that for me and nabisssco's mom.

You can use those, but if you solder correctly, watch some online tutorials, you'll get a better, more permanent connection. It's not too hard to solder, for thicker wire (12awg) use probable a 50 watt iron with a decently sized diameter solder and follow the tutorials instructions and you'll be fine with it. If you're afraid to solder, just do it. It's a great skill to have. You'll get better at it the more you do it.

You'd want to do that with your mom? That messed up. I know it's not legal here in Indiana, and I don't think it's legal in Washington either. We may have to go to the deep south if you want to join.

no disrespect but if ur having problems gettn the terminal right get it professionally installed it will save u the headache of having to buy new equipment and gettn that installed later.............

Is there a picture of this that you can post? I'd agree that soldering is your best bet as this is a sub box which means a lot of vibration and anything other than a **** tight connection or soldering may work itself loose over time.

I was there for me, not her. Why would I out on my A game when I'm paying her by the hour? She said the first minute is free so I finished in 30 seconds. What can I say, I'm cheap. I just spent $600 on plane tickets, I didn't want to pay her the extra 50 cents an hour. And I'm glad you came out of the closet. You're only hurting yourself by hiding like that.
