how to add 2cd battery

I have a s-10 with a yellow top up front and I want to add a 2cd battery do I just wire it plus to plus and negitive to negitive or do I need some kind of an isolator or someting

Unless you do a lot of playing with the vehicle off, an isolator isn't necessary.
