How my system got me arrested

Is this where you hang out? That says alot. I think this is my second thread posting here. Then I saw people bashing this guy for standing up for himself. I don't know him. Though I give him props. Sorry pal, what you call ego is what I call self esteem and will. Go find some and you will understand what it feels like.
lol im at work i got all the time in the world for you . well 45 more minutes worth anyways

I'm not really going to argue with you, I don't mind a discussion, but that is not what this is. But I do have a few things I will bring up.

How were his rights violated? He knew why he was pulled over and ticketed, if you want to fight a law do it the right way. I don't really agree with sound laws due to their nature, but think they are necessary for many reasons, and most were brought on by irresponsible people bumping their systems irresponsibly.

Yes you are allowed to modify your stuff any way you see fit as long as it does not make it unsafe. Tinting your windshield makes it unsafe, for you, pedestrians and police officers. Yes on a nice sunny clear day you can see out find, but what about a dark rainy night? It just isn't safe, that is why it is illegal.

Most police officers I feel do the best they can considering how stressful and difficult their jobs can be. Even in small towns and cities their lives are in jeopardy, and most people they have to deal with are jerks, kind of like original poster. I don't blame the filming laws, how much can you tell from an edited, grainy, shaky crappy cell phone video?

Like I said earlier, I don't understand why people are mad when they get busted for something and say "don't they have better things to worry about".

I think he tried to get busted that second time. he wants to take this to the state courts to get the law overturned by the sound of his intentions. he's trying to be the susan b anthony, rodney king, and michael jackson of car audio.

Again this is just more opinion. Every vehicle I have owned for the past 10 years has had a tinted windshield. Living in the south seeing rain half of the year with no visibility problems. The tint reduces glare from other lights. It's like walking around with sunglasses on except it's actually lighter. I did it because I pay the bills to keep it on the road and the taxes to keep the roads in usable condition. If you have poor eyesight I would not recommend it as it would be considered unsafe. I have excellent eyesight because my eyes are protected from the harsh sun with what? Windshield tint and sunglasses! It's illegal only because the government wants it to be. Somewhere they experienced a bad situation with dark tint.....yada yada yada. Let's create a law. Well that law doesn't apply to me. I'm not a follower. I do what I please because I only live this life once. I understand it is a law followers obey. If you want to put a title on it and call me a rebel, so be it. Either way I'll be passing you with blacked out windows in style while you are squinting in the sun like everyone else. If I get a ticket I'll pay it and keep rolling. You have to pay to play. FYI, you can get a prescription to get your windshield tinted legally. So yeah, it can't be that unsafe. Is it against the law to drive with sunglasses on? No, and most are darker than looking out of 35%. I understand it is illegal to play any music over a certain decibel. Doesn't that mean the officer with the extremely loud siren is breaking the law too? Oh, he has a badge that allows him to to break the law. "Protect & Serve" my ***. Instead of paying closer attention to more important crime he's giving the OP a ticket for sound ordinance that he broke to pull him over! LMAO if you don't see it your brain washed, stupid or blind. Maybe all three. Government is corrupt, law enforcement is corrupt, and our economy is corrupt. Follow or do.
