How my system got me arrested

I really don't care what you guys think of what I said. If you want to believe questioning the police justifies me getting arrested then be my guest.

We have the right to film and freely discuss governmental affairs. It seems like this right was infringed upon.

Also, Georgia does not have simple trespass laws, only criminal. And since I was not charged with trespassing or even put on notice from the owner of the property to leave, what standing does the officer have to arrest me? Why did he reapproached my vehicle twice after I wasn't even talking to him?

By the way, here are some updates:

Also talked with the ACLU today, they want to work with my lawyers against the loud music statue

What was/is being questioned is why you acted as you did. You provoked the actions that ensued. Right or wrong on the cops part is not what everyone is discussing.

I watched the video and I felt the cop was out of place, but no more then you were with your actions.

You are no different then every other kid who thinks they know law and want to give the cops a hard time. While I have done this in the past, it was only when it was 100% needed to ensure the correct actions were being taking by the police. I did not and will not ever condone or do such actions as you to provoke unneeded negativity.

In the end actions like this make all of us in this industry look bad. Next time be a man and just turn your stereo down like you should have in the first place and none of this would have happened.

Want to get a ticket? 1)Drive a very visible brightly colored sports car. 2)Play loud music. 3)Argue or be confrontational with a cop.

I think I read some where that people that drive red Corvettes get ticketed most.

In my younger years I got away with just warnings by just being respectful(weather deserved or not), say yes sir, no sir. Admit (true or not) you weren't paying attention to your speed and that you will slow down. Just the other day I got pulled over for going 58 in a 45, got a warning. Also, get the radar detector off your dash as soon as you can when getting pulled over, they guarantee a ticket. Say something like "I should of rolled up my windows or turned it down a little when driving through town." It will save you money and you can have the last laugh as you drive away. Save that money for a bigger/louder system.

Again this is just more opinion. Every vehicle I have owned for the past 10 years has had a tinted windshield. Living in the south seeing rain half of the year with no visibility problems. The tint reduces glare from other lights. It's like walking around with sunglasses on except it's actually lighter. I did it because I pay the bills to keep it on the road and the taxes to keep the roads in usable condition. If you have poor eyesight I would not recommend it as it would be considered unsafe. I have excellent eyesight because my eyes are protected from the harsh sun with what? Windshield tint and sunglasses! It's illegal only because the government wants it to be. Somewhere they experienced a bad situation with dark tint.....yada yada yada. Let's create a law. Well that law doesn't apply to me. I'm not a follower. I do what I please because I only live this life once. I understand it is a law followers obey. If you want to put a title on it and call me a rebel, so be it. Either way I'll be passing you with blacked out windows in style while you are squinting in the sun like everyone else. If I get a ticket I'll pay it and keep rolling. You have to pay to play. FYI, you can get a prescription to get your windshield tinted legally. So yeah, it can't be that unsafe. Is it against the law to drive with sunglasses on? No, and most are darker than looking out of 35%. I understand it is illegal to play any music over a certain decibel. Doesn't that mean the officer with the extremely loud siren is breaking the law too? Oh, he has a badge that allows him to to break the law. "Protect & Serve" my ***. Instead of paying closer attention to more important crime he's giving the OP a ticket for sound ordinance that he broke to pull him over! LMAO if you don't see it your brain washed, stupid or blind. Maybe all three. Government is corrupt, law enforcement is corrupt, and our economy is corrupt. Follow or do.
The job of the police is to ticket and arrest people who violate the law. They are not to protect and serve.

In 1856, the U.S. Supreme Court (South v. Maryland) found that law enforcement officers had no duty to protect any individual. Their duty is to enforce the law in general. More recently, in 1982 (Bowers v. DeVito), the Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit held, "...there is no Constitutional right to be protected by the state.....

Remeber they are paid from the IMF which is part of the UN not the U.S.

Can you please stop calling it statue at least? It makes you look extremely dumb, as if this whole video and thread didn't. The word is statuTe.
