In all seriousness my intentions for displaying those facts was to clarify on Jaeguerra's statement of racism being ok as long as it were only a one way street. I did not plan for it to be taken offensively and if I somehow did hurt your feelings I apologize.

OP, you screwed the pooch by not leaving. MAYBE you would have had a legitimate defense using the Florida case as a reference but you can not possibly fight the obstruction charge as it was due to your own negligence

After watching the video, I am in complete and utter shock that you got pulled over for your bass (1:45 into video) . This is the first instance I have ever heard of this happening.

I hope you defend yourself in at your hearing and speak to the judge the same way. Try and bring that camera into the court room or, even better, wear a wire. Then you can talk to yourself there too.

OP is a tool, touche, and *******. Noise ordinances are in place because of people like him.

but imo we could fire about 80% of the police force and the only thing we would notice is we don't get pulled over for going 10 mph to fast on our way to work. It would save a bunch of tax dollars(which we wouldn't get back anyway cause government would just pizz it away on some other stupid sh^t we dont want or need) and the cops that are left over could actually focus on real crime instead of harassing citizens.

I love how people don't consider violating traffic laws "illegal", I drive a commercial truck everyday and I wish there were more cops out to enforce them. People drive like complete tools and endanger every one, it's a bunch of crap.

I know traffic laws are illegal. I dont have to agree with them though. There are speed traps everywhere that are in place just to hand out tickets. I think nowadays its more about revenue than protect and serve.
